3 rolesCITTA is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own and drive brand growth across digital, retail, influencer, PR, events and retention channels. A hands-on role combining creativity with commercial thinking — great branding must translate into awareness, demand, acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve CITTA's brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints.
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships across awareness, engagement and conversion objectives.
- Manage PR agencies and media relationships; drive product launches and media coverage.
- Own WhatsApp and email marketing calendars to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Lead development of POSM, in-store branding and retail visibility initiatives.
- Plan and execute brand activations, exhibitions, pop-ups and partnership events.
- Work closely with product, ecommerce, sales and design teams on business objectives.
What we're looking for
- 6–10 years in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing or Integrated Marketing.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG or D2C brands preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset — able to connect marketing to business outcomes.
- Comfortable writing briefs, reviewing packaging copy, negotiating influencer deals and analysing results.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
CITTA is looking for an E-commerce Head to drive growth across D2C, Amazon, Nykaa, FirstCry and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto. This role owns online revenue, marketplace performance, customer acquisition and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own online revenue across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce channels.
- Build and execute monthly growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive growth across Amazon, Nykaa, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto and other platforms.
- Work with marketplace account managers to secure visibility, campaigns and growth.
- Plan and execute sale events, promotions, bundles and launches.
- Coordinate with performance marketing partners to improve acquisition and ROAS.
- Drive customer retention through CRM, WhatsApp, email and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor channel performance and present weekly action plans and business reviews.
What we're looking for
- 7–12 years in E-commerce, Digital Commerce or Growth roles.
- Experience with beauty, skincare, personal care, baby care or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Nykaa and D2C growth levers.
- Existing relationships with marketplace teams across Amazon, Nykaa, FirstCry, Blinkit or Zepto strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen; comfortable working in a founder-led organisation.
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and expand CITTA's presence across key modern trade channels in India — driving sales growth, managing national key accounts and strengthening relationships with leading retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy aligned with CITTA's growth objectives.
- Manage relationships with Reliance Retail, DMart, Lulu, Spencer's, Wellness Forever, Nature's Basket and others.
- Lead annual business planning and commercial negotiations with key accounts.
- Identify opportunities for expanding distribution and shelf presence; drive new store listings.
- Execute in-store promotions, activations and visibility programs with Marketing teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans and business reviews; coordinate with Supply Chain.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Modern Trade sales team across regions.
What we're looking for
- 8–12 years in FMCG, Personal Care, Baby Care, Beauty or Consumer Goods.
- Minimum 4–5 years handling Modern Trade accounts at a regional or national level.
- Proven experience managing large-format retail chains and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, business planning and forecasting capabilities.
- Leadership and team management skills; MBA preferred.
