  • What are the toxins that I should avoid to protect my baby’s skin?

    Most commercially manufactured baby care products have toxins like silicone, harmful sulphates, mineral oil and a variety of parabens that can cause harm to a baby’s sensitive skin. All CITTA products have a toxin-free formula and are paraben free, silicone free, sulphate free, allergen free and have no mineral oils or harsh chemicals. 

  • What do you mean by paraben-free and how do I know if it’s present in my products

    Parabens are synthetic chemicals used in beauty products for giving them a longer shelf life. They prevent the growth of fungi and other microorganisms in beauty, food and hygiene products. They are harmful to the human body if used in large amounts and are said to have caused various forms of cancer and acute hormonal complications. Products that are paraben-free are usually marked very clearly on the product label. 

  • Are all CITTA products paraben-free?

    Yes, all of CITTA’s products are paraben-free and natural.

  • Can CITTA products be used for adults?

    Yes, however, CITTA’s existing product range has been specially crafted for a baby’s sensitive skin. 

  • How do I ensure that the products I use are toxin-free?

    Products that are free of toxins and are skin-friendly have very clear labels and instructions on the product labels. Peruse product labels carefully before purchasing. 

  • Are CITTA products certified by dermatologists?

    Yes, all CITTA products undergo extensive testing and have been crafted to ensure that the products are mild, gentle and safe on a baby’s skin. All CITTA products are approved by a certified dermatologist, have a toxin-free formula and are paraben free, silicone free, sulphate free, allergen free and have no mineral oils or harsh chemicals.

  • How does the delivery process work?

    Step 1: Order Processing
    Every purchase is tied to a specific order and tracking ID for the item to be delivered. The production and logistics team updates the inventory, closes the purchase order, and assign the tasks to the packaging and delivery team.

    Step 2: Order Packaging
    The packaging is done based on the type of the product and is sturdy and durable enough to prevent the product from damage during transit.

    Step 3: Logistics and Delivery
    Our reliable logistics process allows for seamless and timely delivery to our customers. Shipping charges will be included in the final charges.
