When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

Unfortunately COD is not available for all locations.Please put your pincode in to know if you can avail COD. 

Our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers.Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

 We ship products across India, however it will depend on the pincodes that our logistics partner services.

For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of cancellation and reflect as per your bank guidelines which is usually within 10 business days. Most commercially manufactured baby care products have toxins like silicone, harmful sulphates, mineral oil and a variety of parabens that can cause harm to a baby’s sensitive skin. All Citta products have a toxin-free formula and are paraben free, silicone free, sulphate free, allergen free and have no mineral oils or harsh chemicals. 

Parabens are synthetic chemicals used in beauty products for giving them a longer shelf life. They prevent the growth of fungi and other microorganisms in beauty, food and hygiene products. They are harmful to the human body if used in large amounts and are said to have caused various forms of cancer and acute hormonal complications. Products that are paraben-free are usually marked very clearly on the product label.   

Yes, all of Citta’s products are paraben-free and natural.

Yes, however, Citta’s existing product range has been specially crafted for a baby’s sensitive skin.
